Supporting Georgia's adoptive and foster parents and their families

Welcome to our web site! We hope our site will allow everyone to stay in close contact with the Adoptive and Foster Parent Association of Georgia, and it will also allow the Association to stay closer to Georgia's approximately 4,000 foster and adoptive parents.  We encourage you to explore our information and join us

This information has been provided by the Elbert County Foster and Adoptive Parents Association.  Each month we will try and focus on a local association's activities so we keep you informed on what's happening in your area. Please forward any exciting events you are having in county to contactafpag@bellsouth.net.

The Elbert County Foster and Adoptive Parents Association meets the third Tuesday of each month at the local DFCS office.

Foster Parent Survey

Dear Foster and Adoptive Parents of GA,

The Supreme Court of Georgia’s Committee on Justice for Children is trying to learn if and how “notice and right to be heard” is working in  your county.  Would you please take the 19 question survey to help us out?  Even if you took it last year, still helps us for you to take it again this year.

The results of this survey will be posted on the AFPAG website as well as taught in a class at the AFPAG conference.  Thank you very much for your time and all you do for Georgia’s Children.
